Nani, a smuggler, discovers a rare idol which turns out to be a heavenly being Nakshatra. After he accidentally brings her to life, the two fall deeply in love. However, Nakshatra's father Indra, decides that it is time for his daughter to return to heaven and sends a messenger to bring her back.
