Maa Kusum Sundari points out the injury on Dr Rajiv's neck and claims that the dog, Ballu murdered him. Devanshi's protest that Ballu was with her the whole time is disregarded by everyone. In order to cover her tracks, Maa Kusum Sundari requests the cops not to conduct a postmortem. Devanshi tries her level best to find the truth before Dr Rajiv's body is cremated but fails.
