Peeved at the death of his three henchmen, mob boss Tony Twist sends a new trio to the alley -- and they soon return, bloodied, with a warning from Spawn for Twist to stay away. Meanwhile, top-ranking CIA official Jason Wynn pays a visit to U.S. Senator Scott McMillan to encourage him to run for President -- or face ruination by blackmail.
